Hi everyone

This time I will tell about how to make a special omelet.

Previously,I will introduce myself first my name is Ling-Ling Dewi M. from 9D class and my student number is 18.

To make a special omelet the ingredients that you need  are

1. Chicken eggs

2. Salt

3. Beef flavoring (royco)

4. Scallion

5. Red chili

6. Sausage

7. Cooking oil

8. Tomato

Next prepare the equipments such 

1. Frying Pan

2. Spatula

3. Plate

4. Fork

5. Bowl

6. Cutting Board

7. Knife

After prepare the ingredients and the equipments.  I will show you the steps to make a special omelet

1. First, break 2 chicken eggs, and put them in a bowl, then add a pinch of salt and seasoning and beat the eggs using a fork

2. Second, cut 4 red chilies, 1 scallion, 2 sausages, and 1 tomato , and then put them into bowl containing beaten eggs.

3. Next, mix well the ingredients in the bowl.

4. After that, turn on the stove and set the fire to medium heat and put the pan on the stove and then put the oil in the pan.

5. Finally, pour the previous mixture into the pan, reduce the heat so that the omelet is cooked evenly to the inside, felt that the bottom is cooked, flip the omelet using a spatula and wait until the omelet cooked.

6. Special omelet is ready serve to make more delicious you can eat special omelet  with warm rice
